Alien Music Club is a musical venture created by Jonathan Pearlman (JP), a veteran of the Asheville music scene. JP’s influences are far-reaching, absorbing Lennon/McCartney, Hendrix, Clapton, and Motown, during the 60’s. “The British Invasion affected me deeply,” says JP, “changing the way I listened to and created music for the rest of my life.”
Peggy Ratusz is a well-established presence in the Asheville music scene. Chosen as Best Blues Artist by Mountain Xpress for ten years running, with awards also for best vocalist and “artist who gives back” she sings an infectious, sultry, multi-layered brand of original, traditional and modern Blues, Soul and Jazz.
Bruce Lang has had a love for singing and has played several instruments for most of his life. Growing up in a musical family, he developed a respect and love for various styles of music, which is apparent with his diverse repertoire. These days, as well as performing as a soloist and with his band, Bruce keeps busy performing with some of the country's finest bands and musicians!
