An evening of songs and stories about life, love, human struggles and the joyous possibilities that come our way each and every day. Reggie sings to bring light and hope and to help build community. Come, bring a friend and be prepared to have your spirits raised and your heart affirmed.

Reggie Harris is a deeply rooted singer/songwriter, storyteller, educator and cultural ambassador. He has earned worldwide acclaim at festivals, arts centers, faith centers and thousands of schools throughout the U.S, Canada, and Europe for his 40 plus years or performance.

He is an innovative guitarist, a fearlessly creative vocalist and an engaging storyteller, Reggie’s performances are infused with unique and insightful perspectives on issues of life, history and human rights. He gets people singing.

Reggie has been a teaching artist for the John F Kennedy Center for over 25 years, a member of the Swannanoa Gathering faculty, a multi-year performer at the LEAF festival and he presently serves as the Director of Music Education for the UU Living Legacy Project, which sponsors civil rights pilgrimages and conferences through the south. He has recently released a CD “Ready to Go” and is often referred to as “a singer of joy, hope and freedom!”
