New Years Eve Menu

1st Course
Maine lobster & avocado spring rolls w/ orange saffron marmalade
Braised short rib pot stickers bluegrass soy reduction

2nd Course
Grilled truffled wedge salad w/ blood orange, fried onion, roasted red peppers and a creamy garlic Clemson blue cheese
Isis winter salad w/ fried butternut squash, grilled heirloom tomatoes, craisins & asparagus finished w/ a balsamic Dijon dressing

3rd Course
Smoked maple leaf duck breast w/ a soy-ginger reduction served w/ tempura cauliflower & sweet potato cinnamon puree
Crab & avocado stuffed beef wellington w/ oyster mushrooms, duxelles & demi-glace finished w/ grilled purple potato hash & smoked spaghetti squash

Raspberry Belgium chocolate pate w/ a maple bacon ice cream
Expresso cream brulee w/ a white chocolate-strawberry anglaise
