Nashville alt-rockers Raviner are currently on the road with power pop duo Danger Scene for the LIGHTS OUT tour supporting their latest releases. They’ll join rock powerhouses Carolina Wray and American Gonzos

Raviner

10:45PM

With a sound that blends the nuanced composition of pop and singer-songwriter music with the power and dynamics of grunge, Raviner are a band declaring their own direction in the expansive alt-rock genre. Based out of Nashville, Raviner have constructed a sound that aims to catch the listener off guard, seamlessly shifting from powerful intensity to quiet, careful stillness, and back again.

The group unveiled their sound in 2014 as KAMBER, with the release of their “Hurry Up” EP, and followed up the next year with a single, “War In My Head”. After solidifying their lineup in late 2015, the quartet Raviner began work on a new EP.

Raviner released their first single, “Scarlet”, in Spring 2016, a creative departure from the “Hurry Up” EP which solidifies the group’s place in the ranks of dark, grunge-injected alt-rockers.

Raviner plans to release their debut EP later in 2016, and aims to build its following through further creative endeavors

Carolina Wray

10:00PM

Carolina Wray is a American Rock & Roll band based out of Asheville NC.  The band consists of brothers Rev Wray (Guitar & Vocals) and Dillon Wray (Drums & Vocals). They have released multiple albums, most recently two brand new singles recorded in Nashville TN.  Carolina Wray is quickly rising and making their mark on the landscape of American Rock & Roll.

Danger Scene

9:15PM

These brothers are not new faces to the music world though. Already in 2 years they have hit #2 on the Billboard Christian Rock charts and been on 2 national tours across the US. Originally from Wichita, Kansas, their last project “The Lost Colors” received recognition by winning a nationwide battle of the bands that landed them slots on 15+ festivals from San Diego to Atlanta. Not to mention opening for bands such as Hey Monday, Relient K, Breathe Carolina, Emery, RED, and Hawthorne Heights. They have also played multiple warped tour dates, all of this done while being independent of a label.

But what really make these two special are their music and the shows they put on. Matthew has a showmanship while playing the drums that many drummers strive to have. Michael compliments his brothers’ passion by giving it his all while he sings and plays keys, occasionally throwing in some dance moves and head banging. Lou Plaia, the Co-Founder of REVERBNATION described Danger Scene as “Really good catchy music that fits perfect into anyone’s pop, electronic or indie rock playlist. And it comes from a 2-piece who can kills it live!”

The American Gonzos

8:30PM

The band was formed in the fall of 2010 where they began writing music and performing all over the southeast. In 2011, The American Gonzos recorded and released their self titled debut album followed by a sophomore release, No Way To Live, released in October of 2013. The band is currently recording a new collection of songs with long time producer, Randall Harris.\
